ABOUT
Hi, I’m Kathy Stone, a Certified Life and Change Coach. My mission is to help you break free from unwanted addictions and habits without relying on willpower.
As a young adult, I struggled with deep-seated insecurity and turned to substances like alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, food, porn, and unhealthy relationships to escape my discomfort. The self-destructive cycle left me feeling trapped and self-loathing. In 1985 I chose to embrace sobriety, beginning a transformative journey of overcoming multiple addictions, depression, and anxiety.
Today, I feel free. I am happily married and enjoying fulfilling relationships with family and friends. I approach life with energy and enthusiasm. Coaching others to achieve lasting freedom brings me immense joy. Outside of my work, I love playing tennis and pickleball.
