        ABOUT

        I’m Kathy Stone, a Certified Life and Change Coach passionate about helping people break free from unwanted habits and addictions.

        My journey of transformation began long before I became a coach. I’ve been sober since December 1985, nearly four decades, and along the way, I’ve let go of other habits and addictions that once caused me pain and limited my happiness. Today, I live a life of freedom and joy, and my mission is to help others experience the same.

        Over the years, I’ve overcome numerous struggles—not through willpower, but by seeing them differently. My personal experience includes breaking free from alcohol, smoking, emotional eating, binge eating, food restriction, depression, anxiety, caffeine, codependency, hiding, and unhealthy relationships. I understand firsthand what it feels like to be trapped in these cycles, and I know that lasting effortless change is possible.

        I can help you uncover your truth and break free from these patterns. If you're ready to experience real transformation and create a life of true freedom, let’s connect.

        On a personal note, I’ve been happily married to my husband Ed since 2008. Outside of coaching, I love spending time with my family, playing tennis and pickleball, and staying connected to my 30-year career in real estate by helping people find great agents.
